【摘要】 目的:探讨初中生身高、BMI等客观身体指标的现状、特点以及它们与身体自我的关系.方法:用黄希庭编制的身体自我量表测试615名初中生,同时测量其身高、体重.结果:男生的超重、肥胖检出率、身高、体重满意度及身体自我各维度均显著高于女生;初中生身高与身高满意度、运动特征、身材特征得分正相关(P<0.01),高矮两组学生身高满意度、运动特征、身材特征均值差异显著(P<0.01);初中生BMI与体重满意度、身材特征负相关(P<0.01),正常、超重、肥胖3组学生体重满意度、运动、身材特征差异显著(P<0.05).结论:身高、BMI影响初中生身体自我,因此,加强健康教育与体育锻炼,有助于提高初中生的身体自我意识,进而健全初中生的人格.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the character of the height and body mass index and the realationship between the two factors and physical self satisfaction of middle school students.Method:the physical self scale is used to measure 615 middle school students and they are required to report their height and weight at the same time.Results:Boys’ overweight,prevalence rate of obesity,height,weight satisfaction and every factor of physical self are higher than Girls’ ;there are significantly positive correlations between height and height satisfaction,movement and body shape(P<0.01);there were significant differences in height satisfaction,movement and body shape(P<0.01)between the higher students and the lower students;there are significantly negative correlations between BIM and height satisfaction and body shape(P<0.01);there are significant differences in weight satisfaction,movement,body shape among common,overweight,obesity students(P<0.05).Conclusion:The height and BMI have an effect on the physical self of middle school students,so strengthening health education and physical activity is good for improving their physical self-concept and personality.更多还原
