周期势场中布朗运动粒子的非线性效应
Nonlinear Response of Brownian Motion’s Particles in Periodic Potential
【摘要】 以外力作用下粒子在周期势场中的布朗运动为模型,利用矩阵连分法求解相应的Fokker-Planck方程,得到了超晶格电输运的负微分电导特性,其结果与实验完全符合.
【Abstract】 The Brownian motion of particles in a periodic potential driven by an external force is an important model,By using matrix continued fraction method,the corresponding Fokker-Planck equation of electron is solved,and the negative differential conductivity on superlattice transportion is obtained. The reswlt coincides with the experiments relation very well.
