【摘要】 各国共产党提高党员素质以加强执政能力建设的相同点,表现为基本上都能关注到党员干部思想政治素质、法律素质、廉洁从政意识及民主意识的培育;各国共产党提高党员素质以加强执政能力建设的不同点,表现在党员干部队伍政治信仰及整体思想政治素质优劣不同,联系群众的工作作风上疏密有别,民主法治素质及依法行政上差异较大,以及执政党惩治腐败力度和民众对执政党及党员干部信任度存有差别。通过对各国共产党提高党员素质以加强执政能力建设进行比较,能使我们深刻认识加强党员素质建设的紧迫性与重要性,进一步提升党员素质建设的科学化水平。更多还原
