【摘要】 目的研究不同剂量疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的有效性和安全性。方法 80例脑梗死患者随机分为A、B2组。治疗组A 40例采用疏血通注射液10 mL静滴;治疗组B 40例采用疏血通注射液6 mL静滴,疗程均14 d。观察2组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、血液凝血指标的变化及疗效。结果治疗2周后,2组血液凝血指标明显改善,2组神经功能缺损评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液10 mL/d治疗急性脑梗死疗效高、安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy and safety of different doses of Shuxuetong injection in treating patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Total 80 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group A was treated with Shuxuetong injection 10 mL,while the treatment group B was infused with Shuxuetong injection 6 mL.The two groups were continuously treated for 14 days.The changes of neurological functional deficit scores,blood platelet cluster,PT,and Fbg were observed between two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with the treatment group B,the neurological function deficit scores of the treatment group A were decreased significantly and the levels of hemorheology indexes were ameliorated significantly in the Shuxuetong injection group A and B.Conclusion The 10 mL of Shuxuetong injection is effective and safe in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.更多还原
