【摘要】 对帝党这一不可忽略的作用,以往缺乏足够的认识和深入的研究。百日维新的出现与帝党的努力、采纳维新派新政并重用维新人士有密切关系,帝党与维新派新政建议的相同或相近也是促成百日维新出现的一个关键所在。同时,帝党的政治主张与维新派的政治主张相比也有许多矛盾之处。不弄清楚帝党与维新运动之间的关系,就难以对帝党这一政治集团作出恰当的评价,难以充分了解维新运动的复杂性,也难以深刻阐明维新变法所留下的历史教训。更多还原

【Abstract】 The appearance of the Reform in 1898 has close relation with Emperor Guangxu’s effort,the acceptance of Reformists’ ideas,and the Reformists’ important position.The identicalness or similarity between the ideas of Emperor Guangxu and the Reformists is also a crucial reason that the Reform in 1898 appeared.However,a lot of the political ideas of the reformists are different from and even contradictory with the political view of Emperor Guangxu.If we do not understand the relationship between Emperor Guangxu and the Reformists,we can not make appropriate judgement of the Reformist group and can not fully see the complexity of the reform campaign,and then it would be hard to learn and explain the historical lessons from the political reform.更多还原
