【摘要】 为筛选抗猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)的中药,制备了莪术油注射液,并以其为试验药物,同时以利巴韦林注射液作为对照药物,观察在体外细胞上对PRRSV的作用效果。结果表明,自最大安全浓度(质量浓度)作倍比稀释后,二者对PRRSV均具有一定的抑制、杀灭和阻断作用。其中,莪术油注射液对PRRSV的杀灭作用较为突出,利巴韦林注射液杀灭和抑制作用均较为显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the screening of medicines anti-porcine reproductive and spiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV),Oleum curcumae aromaticae oil injection was prepared as the investigational drug to observe its in vitro effect on PRRSV.For a negative control,ribavirin injection was used.The results showed that,since the maximum safe concentration to do multiple proportion dilute,they had a certain degree of inhibition,killing,and blocking effects on PRRSV.Among them,the killing effect of oleum curcumae aromaticae oil injection was more prominent and ribavirin injection had a significant effect on inhibitory action and killing.更多还原
