【摘要】 采用癸、C172种培养基进行了9 a的小麦花药培养脱分化试验,共计接种杂交组合505个。结果表明,癸培养基愈伤组织平均诱导率为5.36%,C17培养基为4.38%,癸培养基比C17培养基的诱导率提高了22.4%,且愈伤组织诱导率较稳定,二者差异达到显著水平。试验表明,癸培养基是适宜于黄淮麦区的小麦花药培养的脱分化培养基。更多还原

【Abstract】 The dedifferentiation experiment of wheat anther culture was conducted for nine years with Gui and C17 medium respectively,and in total 505 hybrids were inoculated.The result showed that the average inductivity of callus in 9 years was 5.36% in Gui medium,22.4% higher and more stable than in C17 medium(4.38%),and the difference being significant.It suggested that Gui medium is suitable for the dedifferentiation of wheat anther culture in Huanghuai wheat area.更多还原
