【Abstract】 In order to study the function of transcription factor DREB1 in rice,the DREB1 gene was cloned from rice cDNA by PCR method and the plant expression vector pCAMBIA-DREB1 was successfully constructed,which was transformed into rice plants by Agrobacterium tumefaciens.PCR and Southern blot analysis indicated that the foreign gene DREB1 had been integrated into the genome of rice.This work laid a foundation for further studying the function of drought resistance and water conservation of DREB1 transcription factor.更多还原
