藏獒群体遗传结构及遗传分化研究

【摘要】 采用不连续垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对河曲藏獒和青海藏獒2个群体86只犬的9个结构基因座(Tf、Po、Es-1、Es-2、Sα2、Hb、Alb、Pr、Amy)的遗传变异情况进行了检测,探讨了2个藏獒群体的遗传结构和遗传分化。结果表明,河曲藏獒群体内遗传变异较青海藏獒丰富,而2个藏獒群体间的遗传分化程度很低(GST=0.018 7);较大的基因流(Nm=14.543 7)是2个藏獒不同地理群体间遗传分化水平低的主要原因。

【Abstract】 A total of 86 blood samples were taken from two populations of Hequ Tibetan Mastiff and Qinhai Tibetan Mastiff.The genetic structure and genetic differentiation of nine structural loci of Tf,Po,Es-1,Es-2,Sα2,Hb,Alb,Pr and Amy between these two populations were examined by using vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis with discontinuous buffer system.The results showed that the genetic diversities within the population of Hequ Tibetan Mastiff were richer than that of Qinhai Tibetan Mastiff,and the genetic differentiation is very limited between Tibetan Mastiff populations(GST=0.0187).High gene flow(Nm=14.5437)was the main reason leading to the very low genetic differentiation level of different populations of the Tibetan Mastiff.
