【摘要】 为了探明不同贮藏方式对春大豆种子活力的影响,于2007～2008年进行了春大豆种子贮藏试验。结果表明:4～6℃冷库贮藏的种子发芽势和发芽率与贮藏前差异不显著;常温纤维袋贮藏、-18℃冰柜贮藏和常温塑料袋密封贮藏的种子发芽势和发芽率显著低于贮藏前;种子发芽率与发芽势呈显著正相关;发芽率与种子浸泡液电导率和下胚轴过氧化物酶活性呈不显著负相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the influence of storage methods on the seed vigor of spring soybean,the storage experiment of spring soybean seeds was conducted during 2007～2008.The results showed that the germination energy and germination rate of seeds stored at 4～6℃ had few differences with that before;the germination energy and germination rate of seeds stored at the room temperature fiber-bag,room temperature film-sealed bag and-18℃ refrigerator were significantly lower than that before;the germination rate and germination energy of seed showed a significant positive correlation;the germination rate of seed showed a inconspicuous negative correlation with conductivity of seed soaking solution and the hypocotyl peroxidase activity.更多还原
