【Abstract】 The status quo of dwarf rice study was introduced from genetic research of dwarf rice, study of rice dwarfing mechanism and utilization of dwarf rice. Then, the common methods of locating dwarf gene in rice were reviewed, which included the principles of map-based cloning method and the application of map-based cloning, bioinformatics and mutant resources in gene locating and gene cloning.更多还原
