【摘要】 采用单因子浓度梯度法,将牛至油以0.025%、0.05%、0.1%的剂量添加到基础饲料中,并以基础料为空白对照组,饲喂建鲤(体重16.15 g±0.03 g),试验期90 d,测定建鲤的生长性能、血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果表明:与空白对照组相比,添加0.025%和0.05%组建鲤的增重率分别提高6.1%、7.4%,饲料系数降低5.0%、5.1%(P<0.05)。添加组牛至油组建鲤血清均能显著提高T-AOC和SOD(P<0.05,)血清中MDA显著降低(p<0.05),表明添加牛至油能显著提高建鲤鱼种血清抗氧化能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using single-factor concentration gradient method to feed Cyprinus carpio var.Jian(body weight 16.15 g± 0.03 g) that added oregano essential oil(OEO) of 0.025%,0.05% and 0.1% to the basic diet respectively,the basic diet was taken as control group,the trial period was 90 days,and the growth performance,serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) and contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) of Cyprinus carpio var.Jian were measured.The results showed that compared with the control group,the groups that added OEO of 0.025% and 0.05% improved the gain rate of weight by 6.1% and 7.4%,respectively and deduced feed conversion ratio(FCR) by 5.0% and 5.1%,respectively(P<0.05).All the groups that add OEO could improve T-AOC and SOD significantly(P<0.05) and reduced serum MDA significantly(P<0.05) in Cyprinus carpio var.Jian,which indicated adding OEO could significantly improve serum antioxidant capacity of Cyprinus carpio var.Jian.更多还原
