【Abstract】 The prison police discipline will affect the legal authority of the law,obstruct justice and undermine the government’s image.The majority of prison discipline is the use of illegal police his office,corruption,abuse of power,favoritism, negligence,violations of personal rights of criminals,democratic rights and property rights,undermining the activities of the state judicial conduct management functions.Prison police law and discipline are many reasons,mainly its values,honest way of being "social acquaintance" of,not perfect,not easy to become close loopholes in laws and regulations.Meanwhile,the prison police individuals also contributed to lower the overall qualitv of law and discipline,internal factors can not be ignored.更多还原
