【摘要】 研究了普通棕刚玉磨料采用硝酸镍和矿化剂为镀液进行镀附处理制备镀镍磨料的工艺,对影响镀镍磨料质量的镀液浓度,热处理温度进行了讨论.通过对该工艺方法制备的镀镍磨料性能测试表明,镀镍磨料在群体抗压强度,磨料亲水性等性能得到了改进,磨削实验结果表明,镀镍磨料在磨削量、脱砂量和磨削效果等磨削指标上优于普通磨料.更多还原

【Abstract】 In the present dissertation,the technology of making nickel plating abrasive materials was studied,which adopts ferrous sulfate and mineral compound as plating liquid.Concentration plating liquid that can effect on the nickel plating abrasive materials’quality and hot-processing temperature were discussed.The nickel plating abrasive materials that was made as per this technology was tested.The performance testing indicates that nickel plating abrasive materials is improved in colony compressive strength and hydrophilic property,etc.Grinding testing indicates that nickel plating abrasive materials is better than ordinary abrasive materials in grinding indexes of grinding quantity,loss in abrasive and grinding efficiency,etc.更多还原
