【摘要】 图书馆在推动社会文化发展中起着重要作用。对牧野区市民文化生活的调查显示,牧野区市民文化生活形式较为单一,内容不够丰富多彩,还处在一个较低的水平。牧野区图书馆发展现状不容乐观:藏书量少,经费不足,服务方式落后,读者日益减少。为新乡市图书馆事业发展提出三条思路:设立图书馆发展基金,开辟多种经费来源,解决图书馆资金投入不足难题;建立图书资源馆际共享系统,方便读者,提高资源利用率;利用现有条件,搞好形式多样的读书活动,加大宣传力度,提高公众参与度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Library plays an important role in the cultural development of socialism.According to a recent survey,the cultural life of the citizens in the Muye district is relatively single and is still at a low level.The situation of the library in this district is not optimistic: the amount of collect books is small,outlay is in shortage,service modes are old and readers are decreasing.Three suggestions to develop the library of Xinxiang are put forward in accordingly.First,building the fund of library development and widen the sources of outlay to resolve the problem of the lack of capital.Second,building the system of resource-sharing among libraries to bring convenience to readers and enhance the rate of resource-utilizing.Thirdly,organizing various reading activities on the basis of resources available and encourage the public to attend through all kinds of promotions.更多还原
