【摘要】 改进并优化了N,N-二甲基乙酰胺缩二甲醇的制备工艺条件,优化合成条件为:以N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为反应原料,在70℃进行甲基化反应2 h得到亚胺络合物1,0~5℃条件下向亚胺络合物1中滴加甲醇钠甲醇醇解,得到目标产物N,N-二甲基乙酰胺缩二甲醇。研究表明,采用改进后的工艺方法目标物收率由59%提高至72%,同时可以有效抑制副产物的生成。更多还原

【Abstract】 The synthesis of N,N-dimethylacetamide acetal was improved and optimized.Methylation of N,N-dimethylacetamide with dimethyl sulfate at 70℃,followed by alcoholysis with sodium methoxide / methanol mixture at 0 ~5℃ gave the title compound in 72% yield.GC-MS was adopted for structure characterization.The formation of by-products of the reaction was suppressed effectively.更多还原
