4-甲氧基二苯甲酰甲烷合成新方法研究
Synthesis of 4-Methoxy-dibenzoyl methane with Microwave Irradiation
【摘要】 研究了微波辐射合成4-甲氧基二苯甲酰甲烷。得到优化合成条件为:n(对甲氧基苯乙酮):n(苯甲酸乙酯):n(氨基钠)=1:15:4,微波辐射功率320W,反应时间为45min,与传统加热法相比,反应时间从7h减少到45min,收率从61.4%增加到77.4%。其结构经元素分析、IR和1HNMR确证。
【Abstract】 Microwave irradiation was used for the preparation of 4-methoxy-dibenzoyl methane from p-methoxy acetophenone and benzoate.The optimum conditions were found as follows:the molar ratio of p-methoxy acetophenone,ethyl benzoate and NaNH2 was 1:15:4,the power of microwave irradiation was 320 W and the reaction time was 45 min.The yield of the target compound was 77.4%.In comparison,the traditional method gives only 61.4% yield in much longer reaction time of 7 h.The product structure was confirmed by means of elemental analysis,IR and 1H NMR.
