【摘要】 目的探讨STIR-EPI弥散加权成像技术对恶性肿瘤全身转移的临床应用价值。方法对20例健康志愿者及59例恶性肿瘤患者行STIR-EPI弥散加权成像技术扫描。并与CT、MRI的影像学资料进行比较。结果 59例恶性肿瘤除原发灶以外,STIR-EPI弥散加权成像检出病灶192处,其中真阳性、假阳性分别为168处和24处,假阴性11处,其检出率为93.8%。肝、骨及淋巴结转移灶的发现率明显高于肺和脑(P<0.05)。结论 STIR-EPI弥散加权成像技术对全身转移瘤有较高的检出率,可成为恶性肿瘤全身转移筛查的重要手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of STIR-EPI magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging of detection of whole body metastases.Methods Twenty healthy volunteers and 59 patients with malignant tumors underwent STIR-EPI diffusion weighted imaging scanning.STIR-EPI diffusion weighted images,conventional CT images,MR images were compared.Results One hundred and ninty two metastatic lesions were found in the 59 patients with malignant tumors on STIR-EPI diffusion weighted images.STIR-EPI diffusion weighted images with the sensitivity of 93.8%.The detection rate of metastases in liver,bone and lymph nodes was significantly higher than that in lung and brain(P<0.05).One hundred and sixty eight cases were true positive,24 cases were false positive and 11 cases were false negative.Conclusion STIR-EPI diffusion weighted imaging technical has high sensitivity,it can be a sensitive method in the detection of whole body metastatic lesions.更多还原
