【摘要】 目的探讨Ras蛋白在脑胶质瘤组织中的表达及与脑胶质瘤发生发展的关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测56例脑胶质瘤组织中Ras蛋白的表达情况,并以正常脑组织和胶质细胞反应性增生组织作对照。结果Ras蛋白在脑胶质瘤组织中高表达,且在高级别的脑胶质瘤组织中表达更高,而在正常脑组织和反应性胶质细胞增生组织中不表达。结论Ras蛋白可能在脑胶质瘤的发生发展过程中起促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of Ras protein in glioma tissues as well as the relationship with the genesis and development of glioma.Methods The expression of Ras protein in the 56 patients with glioma was dectected by immunohistochemistry method.Normal brain tissues and reactive hyperplasia gliocytes were studied as control.Results The expression of Ras protein was high in glioma tissues,especially in high-grade ones,but was not observed in normal brain tissues and reactive hyperplasia gliocytes.Conclusion Ras protein may enhance the genesis and development of glioma.更多还原
