【摘要】 目的探讨胱抑素C(Cystatin C)在肾功能改变早期诊断中的临床价值。方法我院自2009-06~2010-06间,收治的各种肾脏疾病患者110例,另选健康人员40例,采用乳胶颗粒增强免疫透射比浊分析法(PETIA)测定该150例患者的血清肌酐(Scr)及肌酐清除率(Ccr)的水平,同时测定血清Cystatin C,分别比较血清Cystatin C与Scr、Ccr的相关性。结果 GFR<30 mL/(min.1.73 m2)的患者,其GFR、Cys-tatin C、Scr、Ccr的水平与GFR≥30 mL/(min.1.73 m2)的患者相比差异极其显著,P<0.01。Cystatin C、Scr、Ccr与GFR都存在相关关系,P<0.05。Cystatin C与GFR的相关性最密切。结论血清Cystatin C是评价肾小球功能的一个较为可靠的指标,其可以做为诊断早期肾功能改变的简便的测定方法,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of Cystatin C in the early diagnosis of renal function changes.Methods 110 cases of kidney disease patients and 40 cases of healthy workers,treated in,from June 2009~2010,were analized.The level of serum creatinine(Scr) and creatinine clearance(Ccr),serum Cystatin C were detected by the means of latex particles enhance immune assay(PETIA).The correlation between serum Cystatin C,Ccr and Scr.were studied respectively.Results The GFR,Cystatin C,Scr,Ccr level in the patients with GFR<30 mL/(min·1.73 m2),has obviously difference with the patients with patients GFR≥30 mL/(min·1.73 m2)(P<0.01).Cystatin C,Scr and Ccr all have correlativity with GFR,P<0.05.Cystatin C and GFR correlated most closely.Conclusion Serum Cystatin C is a reliable index to evaluate the glomerulus function,which could be a simple method of early renal function changes diagnose,it is worth to be popularized.更多还原
