【摘要】 目的通过医学影像学检查方式对颞下颌关节紊乱病髁状突及关节间隙改变情况特点进行分析。方法以颞下颌关节侧位开闭口体层摄影的方式,对112例18~30周岁的青年患者的关节情况进行分析。结果髁状突高度、宽度形态改变情况及关节间隙变化情况,女性比例高于男性,髁状突形态及关节间隙改变相交叉的情况男女无明显区别。结论颞下颌关节侧位开闭口体层摄影是分析颞下颌关节紊乱病病情及指导治疗的有效辅助方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical characters of the joint space and condylar changes in temporomandibular joint disorders by medical imaing methods.Methods We studied the joint conditions of 112 patients aged from 18 to 30 years old by the method of TMJ lateral opening and closing tomography.Results There was significant difference between men and women in the change proportion of condylar height,width and joint space,there was no significant difference between men and women when condylar change combined with joint space change.Conclusion TMJ lateral opening and closing tomography might be the effective aid in the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders.更多还原
