【摘要】 目的探讨超声诊断在脾脏外伤中的应用方法与价值。方法应用飞利浦HD11超声诊断仪对30例脾脏闭合性损伤的声像图及血流信号进行综合分析。结果脾真性破裂18例、脾包膜下破裂6例、脾中央型破裂3例,漏诊2例,误诊1例,均经手术证实或随访诊疗证实。结论超声对脾外伤的诊断及治疗具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the application and value of ultrasonic diagnosis in spleen injury.Methods The sonogram and blood flow signal of 30 cases closed spleen injury were analyzed with phillip HD11.Results There were real spleen rupture in 18 cases,infra-capsule rupture in 6 cases,central type in 3 cases,missed diagnosis in 2 cases and misdiagnosis in 1 case those were all obtained during operations.Conclusion There might be great value in diagnosis of spleen injury with ultrasound.更多还原
