【摘要】 目的探讨Sigma直肠膀胱术的疗效。方法对14例膀胱癌全切患者施行可控尿流改道的Sig-ma直肠膀胱术,对其术后排尿、控尿功能及代谢改变等进行疗效评估。结果术后2~3 h排尿1次,尿量在200~300 mL,基本尿便分流,控尿良好,无明显代谢紊乱和不良事件。结论说明Sigma直肠膀胱术,是尿流改道手术中可供选择的较好术式。手术简单、安全、并发症少,生活质量高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical outcome of Sigma Lowsley-Johnson operation.Methods 14 cases of bladder cancer underwent Sigma Lowsley-Johnson operation as urinary diversion after radical cystectomy,to evaluate the expression of continence and the change of metabolism.Results The mean voiding volume was 200~300 mL,most patients were able to distinguish between stool and urine.Without hyperchloremic acidosis and other complications.Conclusion Sigma Lowsley-Johnson operation could be a quick,safe and easy procedure for urinary diversion with satisfied quality and low complication rate.更多还原
