【摘要】 目的编制一个适合测量弱视儿童遮盖治疗的生活质量量表。方法参考国内外生活质量量表,编制遮盖治疗弱视儿童生活质量初始量表。应用该量表对88例接受遮盖治疗的7～12岁初诊弱视儿童进行治疗前后调查,采用离散程度法、因子分析法、相关系数法等6种方法联合进行条目筛选,由保留条目组建量表,并对该量表进行信度、效度以及反应度的评价。结果编制的遮盖治疗弱视儿童生活质量量表由16个条目组成,归属于视功能维度(6条)与社会心理维度(10条)。量表的重测信度为0.912;分半信度为0.907;Cronbach′sα系数为0.883。经因子分析,共提取4个公因子,累积方差贡献率为72.788%。效应尺度统计量为2.332。结论该量表具有较好的信度、效度和反应度,能够区分遮盖治疗前、后患儿生活质量之间的差异,可适用于临床评价遮盖治疗对弱视儿童生活质量的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a quality of life scale for Chinese amblyopia children with occlusion therapy.Methods Through consulting scales for quality of life appraisal extensively,the initial quality of life scale for amblyopia children with occlusion therapy was constructed.A total of 88 children aged 7 to 12 years with newly diagnosed amblyopia were investigated by using the newly developed scale.Six methods were used in item sifting,such as dispersion,factor analysis,correlation coefficient and so on.After the sifting,the reserved items formed the quality of life scale.The reliability,validity and responsibility of the scale were evaluated.Results The final version of the quality of life scale for amblyopia children with occlusion therapy included two domains:visual function(6 items),psychosocial function(10 items).The test-retest reliability,split-half reliability and Cronbach’s α coefficient of the scale were 0.912,0.907,0.883 respectively.Construct validity was appraised by factor analysis,and 4 common factors were extracted and the cumulative variance was 72.788%.The effect size statistics of the scale was 2.332.Conclusion The scale has satisfactory reliability,validity and responsibility,and it is able to distinguish the difference of quality of life before and after the occlusion therapy.The scale can be applied to evaluate the influence of occlusion therapy on the quality of life of amblyopia children in clinical setting.更多还原
