本土化诊所法律教育之价值导向

【摘要】 诊所法律教育以其开放、实战的教学风格受到越来越多法学院教育者的关注。对比中美两国诊所法律教育的环境,结合自身开展诊所法律教育的实践,对本土化诊所法律教育的价值导向进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 The model of the clinical legal education emphasizing learning through experience has drowned more and more china’s legal educators’ attention.The article analyses the value orientation of the local clinical legal education in China combining own teaching practice.
