【摘要】 目的观察肌间沟颈臂丛神经阻滞用于肩部或锁骨手术的麻效果醉及并发症。方法选择50例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级实施肩部或锁骨手术的患者,采用肌间沟颈臂丛神经阻滞麻醉,于前中斜角肌间隙C5～C6水平穿刺,以含0.447%罗哌卡因+0.5%利多卡因30～40mL。观察麻醉和生命体征的变化。结果 50例患者中有5例因肥胖或者是外伤肿胀等原因,操作失败,改用其他麻醉。45例按上述方法操作成功。阻滞效果较完善,其中2例出现霍纳综合征,1例出现隔神经阻滞,2例出现轻度局麻药不良反应,2例辅助镇痛药。结论肌间沟颈背丛神经阻滞用于肩部或锁骨手术操作,简单、经济、效果确切、安全可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the interscalene cervical plexus block for shoulder or collarbone and complications of anesthesia.Methods 50 patients with ASA-class implementation of the shoulder or collarbone surgery patients with brachial plexus intersealene cervical block anesthesia,in the former middle scalene space C4 ～ C5 level of puncture,in order to contain 0.447%.ropivacaine + 0.5% lidocaine,30 ～ 40mL.Observed changes in anesthesia and vital signs.Results 50 patients,5 patients because of obesity or trauma causes swelling,caused by operation failed.45 cases of anesthesia to use other methods of operation according to the above success.Better blocking effect,in which Horner syndrome in 2 patients,1 patient had phrenic nerve block,two cases of mild local anesthetic toxicity,two cases of secondary analgesic.Conclusion Interscalene plexus block for shoulder,neck or collarbone operative,simple,reliable effect,safe and feasible.更多还原
