应用于广州地铁工程的C30P8混凝土抗渗性研究

【摘要】 通过对广州市地铁工程混凝土进行抗渗性能检测,结果表明:随着水胶比减小、集胶比降低和砂率增加,混凝土的抗渗性能增强。微观结构分析(SEM和MIP)表明:混凝土结构越致密、水化产物越丰富并且交织成网络、界面区黏结越紧密,以及混凝土的孔隙率、平均孔径越小,尤其是最可几孔径、阈值孔越小及100 nm以上的孔越少,混凝土的抗渗性能越好。

【Abstract】 Through testing concrete impermeability performance of Guangzhou metro concrete,the results show that:with the water-binder ratio decreases and aggregate-cementitious material ratio decreases,and sand ratio increases,the performance of concrete impermeability is improved.Micro-structure analysis(SEM and MIP) shows that:The more compact concrete structure is,the richer hydrate is,and the hydrate each other interweaves network,the much closer the interfacial zone bond,the smaller the concrete porosity and average pore diameter are,especially,the smaller most probable pore diameter and threshold pore diameter are,and the less the hole which its pore size especially much more than 100 nm is,the better the concrete impermeability is.
