“当量法”设计双掺矿粉、粉煤灰混凝土配合比的研究及应用

【摘要】 采用"当量法"的新思路,通过正交试验法对双掺矿粉、粉煤灰混凝土配合比设计方法进行研究、总结出三元回归经验公式,并在生产实践中应用。从2008年以来,根据生产需要,用经验公式设计了C50及C55混凝土配合比,共浇筑混凝土45 000多m3,抗压强度合格率达100%。研究与生产实践证明,这种新的设计理念与方法具有简单易行、实用可靠的特点,为混凝土配合比设计找到了一条新路。

【Abstract】 Put to use the new thought of "Equivalent law",through orthogonal test for concrete mixed with the power slag and fly ash,thus get the experience formula of three elements regression formulism,and put to use in production work。Since 2008,according to the require ofproject,make use of the experience formula,to design concrete mixed of C50 or C55,and had poured total more than 45 000 m3,compressive strength certified had rate achieved 100%.Design and practice have proved that this new design thinging and design method,it have such a characters of simple,easy,practical and reliable,and have get proved a new way for concrete mixed design.
