再生混凝土配合比设计与抗压强度试验研究
Contrast study on mix proportion design and compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete
【摘要】 针对使用传统配合比经验设计再生混凝土时产生的不足,设计正交试验对再生混凝土配合比进行了改善,分别讨论了再生骨料取代率、不同浓度硅酸钠溶液对骨料的强化以及粉煤灰掺量3个因素对再生骨料与骨料-水泥石界面的改善作用,采用极差分析归纳了其各因素对再生混凝土抗压强度的影响,并给出了合理配合比建议。
【Abstract】 According to the research of the use of traditional mix proportion design experience for recycled aggregate concrete,the mix proportion had been improved by using orthogonal test method designed to test.The factors to improve the interface of recycled aggregate and the aggregate to cement paste such as the replacement of recycled aggregate,the use of different concentrations of sodium silicate and fly ash mixed volume had also been discussed.Variance analysis was used to conclude various factors which produce an effect on compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete,and a reasonable mix proportion was suggested.
