混凝土减水剂研究现状和进展

【摘要】 混凝土减水剂能吸附、分散水泥颗粒,释放水泥凝聚体中所包含的水分,提高混凝土强度和密实性。简要回顾了近年来混凝土减水剂研究现状,阐述了以木质素磺酸盐减水剂为代表的普通减水剂和以聚羧酸盐减水剂为代表的高效减水剂的合成技术与性能特点,认为开发减水率更高、性能更优异、经济性更好的新产品是今后高性能混凝土减水剂发展的主要方向。

【Abstract】 The concrete water-reducing agent can play important role in the adsorption and dispersion of cement particles,the release of moisture that contained in cement agglomerate body,and can also improve the strength and compatibility of concrete.This paper briefly reviews the research progress of recent studies on concrete water reducer,and expatiates the synthesis technique and performance characteristics of the widely used water reducer and the superplasticizer,for which one is represented by lignosulfonate water reducer and the other is represented by polycarboxylates water reducer.The main direction of concrete water reducer for future development are also forecasted,that is,the new products should be developed with higher water-reducing ratio,improved performance and better economic performance.
