【摘要】 研究了水化反应增强剂(MixConverter)对道路混凝土早期强度及早期开裂性能的影响。采用平板开裂法对水化反应增强剂MixConverter混凝土抗裂性能进行研究,以及对其物理力学性能的研究表明:混凝土中掺入0.4%MixConverter能够使水泥的水化反应加速并更加充分,减少混凝土施工时泌水现象,增加混凝土内部的密实性,改善其柔韧性,从而增加其早期强度;有效地抑制混凝土的早期开裂;提高了混凝土的耐久性,为配置高性能混凝土提供了基础,具有广阔的工程应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 We studied the effects of MixConverter on the early strength and early-age cracking properties of road-concrete.Flat-piant cracking method was used to research anti-cracking performance of MixConverter-concrete,as well as its physical and mechanical properties,the studies have shown that:concrete mixed with 0.4% MixConverter can accelerate the cement hydration reaction and make it more fully,reduce the bleeding of concrete construction,increase the density of concrete,improve its flexibility,thereby increasing the early strength,effectively suppressing the early-age cracking and enhancing the durability of the concrete,MixConverter provides the fundation for high-performance concrete,that has a broad application prospect.更多还原
