钢筋混凝土腐蚀实海暴露试验
Coastal exposure test of corrosion of rebar in concrete
【摘要】 混凝土中钢筋腐蚀是影响海港混凝土结构耐久性的主要原因。通过对不同配合比的混凝土试件在海南八所港浪溅区长达14年的暴露试验,研究混凝土水灰比和掺合料对混凝土中钢筋腐蚀的影响,并通过类比法预测各配合比混凝土的使用年限。试验结果表明:降低混凝土水灰比、掺加粉煤灰、矿渣后能大大延长混凝土中钢筋开始腐蚀的时间,降低钢筋的腐蚀速率,显著提高钢筋混凝土的耐久性。
【Abstract】 Corrosion of rebar in concrete is one of the major problems with respect to durability of reinforced concrete structures exposed to ma- rine environments.The paper was designed to evaluate the effect of the water-cement ratio and activated admixtures on corrosion of rebar in con- crete by 14-years exposure to severe-corrosive Basuo harbor,Hainan province in china coastal spray zone condition.The service life of tested con- crete mixtures are predicted by analogy.The results showed that the lowering W/C and using fly ash,granulated blast-furnace slag can delay the time of rebar corrosion and reduce the rate of rebar corrosion,in turn,improve durability of reinforced concrete.
