【摘要】 目的:针对人工流产病人的心理状态,观察在一次性双腔减压式流产吸管施行人工流产术中、术后采取有效的个性化心理护理措施的效果。方法:将妊娠42～60d、年龄小于40岁、使用一次性减压吸引管进行人工流产术的健康妇女480例,随机分为护理组和对照组各240例。对照组给予常规护理,护理组对受试对象进行术中、术后的个性化心理护理,术后进行调查和随访。结果:个性化心理护理后,受试对象对手术的评价及在减少疼痛方面,差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:施行个性化心理护理,在减少术中疼痛有一定优势,增加了病人对手术的满意度,术后提高避孕的主动性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of applying mental nursing of individution in using decompressed suction tube to early pregnancy vaccum aspiration.Methods:480 women who were pregnancy 42-60 days,<40 years old,used decompressed suction tube were dividied into nursing group and control group at radom,240 patinets in each group.The control group accepted general nursing,and nursing group had been applyed mental nursing of individution into practice during operations and after operations.Results:There were signifcant diference (P<0.05) at an estimate of operation,initiative of contraception and reducing pain,after applyment of mental nursing of individution.Conclusion:Applyment of mental nursing of individution had an advantage of reducing pain,increasing satisfactory of operation and raising initiative of contraception after operation.更多还原
