【摘要】 目的:探讨中西医结合疗法对子宫内膜异位症患者整合素β3的表达影响,以及临床护理方法。方法:将77例子宫内膜异位症术后患者随机分为实验组(n=39)和对照组(n=38),对照组给予西药治疗,实验组给予中西医结合治疗,两组均给予针对性的护理配合。结果:实验组整合素β3的表达明显下降,临床治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在中西医结合的基础上配合针对性的护理,能显著提高临床效果,改善患者生活质量,值得在临床上应用和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the influence of traditional Chinese combined with Western on expressing of Integrin β 3 clinical for patients with endometriosis,and related nursing method. Methods:77 cases of patients with endometriosis after surgery were randomly divided into experimental group(n=39) and control group(n=38). The control groups was given therapy of Western medicine,the experimental group was given therapy of traditional Chinese combined with Western,both two groups were given targeted nursing intervene. Results:The expressing of Integrin β3 in experimental group decreased significantly ,and the clinical effect was significantly better than that control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing intervene on bases of traditional Chinese combined with Western used for patients with endometriosis ,can significantly enhance clinical effect and improve the life quality of patients,so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.更多还原
