【摘要】 目的:探讨住院病人跌倒护理记录单在预防老年病人住院跌倒中的应用效果。方法:设计住院病人跌倒护理记录单,并对980例住院老年病人进行跌倒风险评估和防跌倒护理干预,比较未实施防跌倒护理干预和实施护理干预住院病人的跌倒情况。结果:实施防跌倒护理干预后,护理人员及病人防跌倒的意识加强,住院病人跌倒发生率明显下降。结论:预防跌倒护理干预可有效降低老年病人意外跌倒的发生率,确保老年病人住院期间的安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To reduce or avoid falls in hospitalized elderly patients. Methods:Novel nursing measures were designed for protecting hospitalized elderly patients from falls.980 cases hospitalized elderly patients were evaluated for fall risk and treated with the novel nursing measures in the department of elderly patient. Results:After performing the novel nursing intervention measures,nurses and patients had a strong sense avoiding falls,and the rate of falls in elderly patients significantly decreased. Conclusion:The novel nursing intervention measures effectively reduced falls in elderly patients,and provides a safe for hospitalized elderly patients.更多还原
