【摘要】 目的:探讨音乐干预和健康教育对胃镜检查患者术前焦虑的影响。方法:将200例胃镜检查患者术前随机分为实验组和对照组各100例。对照组给予常规宣教,实验组给予针对性的音乐干预和健康教育。观察两组患者主观感觉、焦虑状态和各项生理指标。结果:检查前5min,实验组主观感觉、焦虑量表(SAS)得分和各项生理指标均值显著优于对照组(P=0.0000)。结论:针对性的音乐干预配合健康教育应用于胃镜检查患者,能显著缓解患者焦虑情绪,稳定各项生理指标,值得在临床上应用和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the music intervene combined with health education used in relief of pre-op anxiety of patients with gastroscope detection. Methods:200 cases of patients with gastroscope detection were randomly divided into experimental group (n= 100) and control group (n=100).The patiants in control group were given routine health education,and experimental group were given targeted music intervene combined with health education. Results:5 minutes before detection,The subjective sensation,score of SAS and indexes of physiology in experimental group were significantly better than that in control group(P=0.0000).Conclusion:Targeted music intervene combined with health education used for relief of pre-op anxiety of gastroscope detection,can significantly release anxiety and steady indexes of physiology,so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.更多还原
