不同教育层次护生心理年龄的调查研究
Survey on psychological age of nursing students at different educational levels.
【摘要】 目的:探讨不同教育层次护生的心理年龄与实际年龄的一致性,了解他们的心理健康状况,为对其进行心理健康干预提供依据。方法:采用心理年龄自测表,对中专、大专和本科1 132名护生进行心理年龄测试,并与其实际年龄进行比较,对总体心理年龄的增加趋势进行描述性分析,对不同教育层次护生心理年龄总分差异及心理年龄与实际年龄的不符合率比较进行统计分析。结果:46.0%的护生心理年龄超过其实际年龄;大专护生的心理年龄总分明显高于本科和中专护生,P<0.01;不同教育层次护生心理年龄与实际年龄的不符合率存在明显差异,P<0.01,大专护生明显高于中专和本科护生。结论:护生总体心理年龄有增加趋势;专科护生心理年龄超过实际年龄者明显高于中专和本科护生。
【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the consistency of chronological age(CA) with their psychological age(PsA) of nursing students at different educational levels,find out nursing students’ mental health state and provide evidence for their mental health intervention.Methods:Self-tested PsA scales were employed to measure the PsA of 1132 nursing students at different educational levels(secondary,junior college and undergraduate),and findings were compared with their CA and descriptions were given about the increasing trend of their PsA,and then statistic analysis was made of the inconsistent ratio of their CA to their PsA.Results:There was forty-six percent of the nursing students whose PsA exceeded their CA;the total PsA score of the junior college students was remarkably higher than those of secondary and undergraduate students,P<0.01;and the inconsistent ratios of the nursing students at different levels were significant,P<0.01;the inconsistent ratio of the junior college students was distinctly higher than those of the secondary and undergraduate students.Conclusion:Generally speaking,the PsA of the nursing students are in an increasing trend,and the junior college students whose PsA exceed their CA are more than those of the secondary and undergraduate students.
