【摘要】 目的:探讨整体舒适护理对晚期喉癌患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法:将52例晚期喉癌患者随机分为实验组28例和对照组24例。对照组按常规护理,实验组在此基础上接受整体舒适护理干预。干预前、后,采用抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表和生活质量核心问卷评价两组患者负性情绪和生活质量。结果:经6周整体舒适护理干预后,实验组抑郁、焦虑量表评分显著低于干预前(P<0.01),且低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);生存质量问卷中恶心呕吐、食欲减退、疲乏等躯体症状评分显著低与干预前(P<0.01),并低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);整体生活质量评分显著高于干预前(P<0.01),且高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:整体舒适护理可明显改善晚期喉癌患者的负性情绪,提高患者整体生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effects of comfort care on negative emotion and life quality in advanced laryngocarcinoma patients.Methods:52 patients with laryngocarcinoma were randomly divided into experiment group(n=28) and control(n=24).The control group accepted normal care and the experiment group accepted holistic comfort care.The bad mental and quality of life were assessed and analyzed by self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and quality of life questionaire-core 30(QLQ-C30).Results:The scores of SDS and SAS of intervention group were significant lower than those of control group(P<0.01).The scores of symptom items in QLQ-C30 of intervention decreased remarkably comparing with control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Comfort care is an effective method to alleviate negative emotion and improve the quality of life in advanced laryngocarcinoma patients.更多还原
