【摘要】 目的:探讨卧位康复操对促进颈椎病手术患者功能康复的作用。方法:选择在本科住院行手术治疗的颈椎病患者120例,2005年住院患者58例为对照组,按照传统康复训练指导;2006年住院患者62例为实验组,采用本科自行设计的卧位康复操进行康复训练指导。对患者坚持康复训练率、达到计划训练时间率及术后改善率进行统计学分析。结果:实验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:本科设计的颈椎病手术患者卧位康复操,对患者遵循康复指导,坚持康复训练及促进患者功能恢复具有较好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of the lying position rehabilitation exercise designed for cervical spondylosis patients in post-operative,in improving patients adhere to the rehabilitation training,and promoting the patients functional rehabilitation.Methods:Chose 120 cases of cervical spondylosis patients in post-operative.62 of them,who hospitalized in 2006,guided the lying position rehabilitation exercise,as the experimental group,compare with the 58 of them,who hospitalized patients in 2005,guided with the traditional rehabilitation;analysis the different rate of recovery exercise lasting and the recovery time between the self-devised recovery exercise and the traditional one,we calculated the rate of post-operative improvement by JOA marking standard.Results:The experiental group was obviously better than the other group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The lying position rehibitation excise designed by ourselves for cervical spondylosis patients,has positive effect on guiding patients’ rehibitation,insisting on rehibitation of patients and improving the patients functional rehibitation.更多还原
