【摘要】 目的:探讨心理护理在妇产科子宫切除术中的应用效果。方法:将2004年7月～2009年6月行子宫切除术的48例病人随机分为观察组24例(生理护理+心理护理)和对照组24例(生理护理)。对两组的护理效果进行观察。结果:两组病人恢复良好,无护理并发症的发生。但观察组病人心理护理后的HAMD评分与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。两组病人术后排气、发热、下床及住院时间相比差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:全方位的生理及心理护理,可以让病人取得最佳的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Probe into the effcet of psychological nursing on hysterectomy in department of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:48 example patient were randamly divide into the observation group 24 examples(physiological nursing+ psychology nursing) and the control group 24 examples(physiological nursing).To observe the nursing effect of two groups.Results:The two group of patients restore good,non-nursing complication occurrence.But the HAMD socre after psychological nursing in the observation group has the significance difference(P<0.01).After two groups of techniques exhausts,gives off heat,gets out of bed and in hospital time compares the difference to have the significance(P<0.01).Conclusion :omni-directional physiology and psychological nursing,may let the patient obtain the best treatment result.更多还原
