【摘要】 目的了解乙肝病毒携带孕产妇的心理状态。方法采用深度访谈法收集12名产妇的资料,并用现象学分析法进行分析。结果乙肝病毒携带孕产妇因自身和家属疾病认知水平低下,影响着母亲角色的良好适应,母婴传播的风险又让她们充满困惑。结论对乙肝病毒携带孕产妇及其家属提供专业信息支持,呼吁社会共同关注,让乙肝病毒携带孕产妇走出困惑,促进母婴健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the psychological state of hepatitis B virus carrier pregnant women.Method Collect data of 12pregnant women by in-depth interviews and analyze it by phenomenological method.Result The low cognition level of hepatitis B virus carrier pregnant women and their family affect the adaptability for the role of a good mother.The risk of mother-infant transmission confused them.Conclusion Providing professional information support for hepatitis B virus carrier pregnant women and their family and calling on social concerns can make pregnant women get rid of confusion and improve maternal and child health.更多还原
