【Abstract】 This experiment studied the establishment methods and characteristics of the fibroblast cell lines of Arbas cashmere goat.The fibroblast cell lines of the ear marginal tissues of Arbas cashmere goat were successfully constructed by direct adherent culture methods.The result showed that direct adherent culture methods were superior to trypsin methods,the number of the chromosomes in Arbas cashmere goat was 2n=60.更多还原
