【摘要】 建立一种较为简单的测定白英提取物中甾体总皂苷的方法.通过正交实验对提取工艺条件进行优化,以薯蓣皂苷元作为对照品检测白英中总皂苷.测得白英中总皂苷质量分数为1.607%,平均加样回收率为99.1%,RSD为1.763%(n=6).采用高氯酸显色法测定白英提取物中甾体总皂苷质量分数操作简便,结果可靠.更多还原

【Abstract】 To establish a simple method of determination on total saponin content in Solanum lyratum Thunb.by colorimetric method.Using diosgenin as a standard substance,the reaction condition of adopting spectrophotometric method is optimized through orthogonal experiment.The concentration of total saponin.Content in Solanum lyratum Thunb.extraction is 1.607%,and the average recovery is 99.1%,with relative standard deviation of 1.763%(n=6).This perchloric acid chromatometry method is simple and reliable to measure the concentration of total saponin content in Solanum lyratum Thunb.更多还原
