高pH值条件下ABR工艺处理印染废水中试试验研究

【摘要】 对厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)处理难降解印染废水进行中试研究.结果表明,ABR反应器可以控制的水力停留时间(HRT)较短(11~12 h),承受的pH值范围较广(6.5~10.3).在进水COD、BOD质量浓度波动较大(700~1 500 mg/L,300~700 mg/L),高进水pH值,低HRT的情况下,ABR对COD、BOD的平均去除率分别为30%和15%,印染废水的BOD/COD由0.52提高到0.65,废水可生化性明显改善.

【Abstract】 A pilot-scale study is conducted on the anaerobic baffled reactor(ABR) treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater which is difficult to treatment.The experimental result indicates that the hydraulic retention time(HRT) in which the ABR can steadily operated is lower(only 11~12 h),the range of pH value which the ABR can endure is wider(6.5~10.3).Under the condition of larger fluctuation of influent COD and BOD(700~1 500 mg/L,300~700 mg/L),high influent pH value and low HRT,the average removal rate of COD and BOD are 30% and 15 %,respectively,the BOD/COD of printing and dyeing wastewater is increased from 0.52 to 0.65,the biodegradability is improved greatly.
