实验室用果蔬真空冰温保鲜装置的设计
Design and research of vacuum and ice temperature equipments for fruit and vegetable used in laboratory
【摘要】 介绍了真空冰温保鲜装置的设计研究及实验验证.该真空冰温保鲜装置是集真空和冰温保鲜技术为一体的新型保鲜装置,具有简单、实用的特点,适用于实验室的果蔬真空冰温保鲜.其在真空保鲜的基础上严格控制保鲜装置的温度,使其温度维持在果蔬冰温带内,有效地抑制果蔬的呼吸作用,减少营养成分的流失,达到更好的保鲜效果.
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the design and research of vacuum and ice temperature equipment and experiment results.Vacuum and ice temperature storing equipment is new type which includes vacuum and ice temperature technology.It’s simple and practical for laboratory.It can control the temperature strictly to maintain in the scope of ice temperature of fruit and vegetable,restrain the respiration of fruit and vegetable effectively,reduce loss of nutrient component,and achieve better storing effect.
