【Abstract】 Currently,the "VIP" phenomenon,diverse services provided by public service sectors to the high ranking customers has become increasingly rampant,which not only aggravated the scarcity of commons,but also based some people’s "private power" on the "public power" of society.This conflicts with the principle of equality in the allocation of public service,and violates the spirit of harmonious society as well as.This problem can not be solved by means of market way owing to the nature itself.The government is responsible for the issue of diverse services,which ensures the equitable,reasonable allocation of public service through legislative,regulatory and other means.更多还原
