【Abstract】 In this paper,the theories of fuzziness and randomness are used to solve the problems in the absolute value sythetical method for ey1 and the square root sythetical method for ey2. First,the approximate boundary between ey1 and ey2 is proposed. Second,the overestimation of ey1 and underestimation of ey2 are modified. The modified ey1 and ey2 have the advantages of simplicity,practicality,less constrains,and vast applications.
