【摘要】 目的探讨开展"优质护理服务示范工程"活动的做法与效果。方法医院29个试点科室确定为"优质护理服务示范病房",采取的措施包括:加大人力资源配置,取消一般护理记录,公示分级护理和基础护理服务项目及标准等,同时开展定期质量检查和满意度调查。结果创建"优质护理服务示范病房"提高了患者的满意度和临床护理质量。结论开展"优质护理服务示范工程"活动可以提高医院临床护理工作质量和患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the method and effect of implementing "high-quality demonstration project" in our hospital.Methods Twenty-nine wards were chosen as "high-quality demonstration wards".The reforming measures included increasing the human resources of nurses,cancelling general nursing records,bulletining the standards of grading nursing and basic nursing services,and so on.At the same time,periodic quality inspections and satisfaction surveys were carried out.Results The satisfaction of patients and the quality of care were improved through establishing "high-quality demonstration wards".Conclusion Carrying out the activities of "high-quality care demonstration project" can improve the quality of care and the satisfaction of patients.更多还原
