【摘要】 目的探讨表格式交班报告在交班中的应用效果。方法把临床需要观察和护理的问题列成表格,应用于临床交接班,并比较应用前后护理质量的变化。结果护士对病区病人病情的掌握、医嘱执行、病情观察、护理措施落实及病人的满意度明显提高(P<0.01)。结论表格式交班报告是一种简洁、方便、信息齐全、有利于提高护理质量的交班方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of applicating shift reports in table format.Method In the table listed the problems needing observation and caration in the clinical,and applied to the clinical shift relief,observed the quality of nursing before and after the application.Results After applicating the new shift,the quality of nursing was improved,including master the condition of patients,implementation the doctors’ advice,condition observe,and patients’ satisfaction(P<0.01).Conclusion Shift reports in table format is a simple,convenient,informative and complete means,and will help improve the quality of nursing.更多还原
