【摘要】 目的探讨穴位按摩联合艾灸内关穴、足三里穴、中脘穴在减轻妇科腹腔镜术后患者恶心呕吐的效果。方法将120例妇科腹腔镜手术患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上配合一套穴位按摩联合艾灸护理。术后采用WHO术后恶心呕吐的评定标准,对两组患者的恶心呕吐情况进行评价。结果两组比较,恶心呕吐程度对照组强于干预组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论以穴位按摩联合艾灸,并将健康教育贯穿其中的护理模式,能有效缓解妇科腹腔镜术后患者的恶心呕吐,安全方便易行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of points massage combined with Neiguan point,Zusanli point,and Zhongwan point moxibustion on reducing postoperative nausea and vomiting among patients after gynecological laparoscopy.Methods A total of qualified patients were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The control group just received the routine care.And the intervention received points massage combined with moxibustion in addition to the routine care.They were evaluated with the WHO standards for postoperative nausea and vomiting assessment.Result The degrees of nausea and vomiting among the control group were stronger than those of the intervention group.Conclusion Points massage combined with moxibustion could effectively relieve nausea and vomiting of patients after gynecological laparoscopy.It is safe,convenient and feasible.更多还原
